Service Agreement for "Redesign Your Life: Break Free from Anxiety and Align with Your Authentic Self in 8 Weeks"

By enrolling in the Redesign Your Life program ("Program"), offered by Danielle Leigh Lanteri, Corp., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Payment

• Upon completing the payment process, you will gain access to the Program via Kajabi. All payments must be made in full before you can access the Program materials.
• The Program is available for a one-time payment or through a payment plan if applicable. Refunds are not provided for this Program, as the content is digital and accessible immediately upon purchase.

2. Program Access

• Access is provided through the Kajabi platform via both desktop and mobile app.
• You agree not to share, distribute, or sell the Program content to others. This content is for personal use only.

3. Personal Responsibility

• The Program is designed to provide tools, techniques, and strategies to help you heal anxiety and align with your authentic self. You understand that success in the Program is dependent on your commitment and engagement.
• You are responsible for the implementation of the strategies and exercises provided in the Program, and any results or changes you experience are not guaranteed.
• The Program does not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, it is recommended that you seek professional support.

4. Liability

• By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that Danielle Leigh Lanteri, Corp. and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Program or any results, decisions, or actions taken as a result of the Program.
• You agree to take full responsibility for your health, well-being, and any outcomes resulting from your participation in the Program. Danielle Leigh Lanteri, Corp. is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects that may arise during or after the completion of the Program.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Your privacy is important. All personal information shared with Danielle Leigh Lanteri, Corp. will be kept confidential. We will not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
• As part of your participation, you may be asked to share your experiences through written feedback, but this will only be shared publicly with your explicit permission.

6. Termination of Access

• You may discontinue participation in the Program at any time. However, once payment is made, no refunds are offered for unused content or time.
• We reserve the right to revoke access to the Program if any participant engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive to the learning environment or community.

7. No Guarantees

• While the Program is designed to support your personal growth and healing, we make no guarantees as to the specific results or outcomes. Each person’s experience may vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and engagement with the materials.

8. Program Updates and Changes

• The content of the Program may be updated or modified over time. By purchasing, you agree to receive any updates or changes made to the Program as they become available. 

9. Agreement to Terms

• By purchasing and enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
