We all know how important gratitude is and have heard some combination of its powerful benefits such as … clearing mental and physical offsets, improving sleep, decreasing pain, and reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. But is it possible to be in a consistent state of gratitude? What would that look like? And how do we achieve it? That is the topic that we are going to be diving into today. And I begin with explaining the neuroscience behind why gratitude is so important. Additionally, I created my own unique formula for aligning with the energetic resonance and vibration of gratitude, so we can feel this powerful emotion automatically and consistently.
